They get a bad rap because they treat damaged people that don't want to be treated. My wife did their out patient program and she is alive and doing better than ever. These people deal with crazy so just be patient.
There awesome they have hottesttje hottest nurse on planet working there
Idc what y'all say, this hospital helped me out so much and im still grateful for them w the staff and other patients i wouldnt be here.
Omg I where there and I where insane for 11 years and took one Ambien 10mg and all that went away so how cruel where y'all to let me suffer 7 days
I don't understand all the negative reviews but everyone needs to understand that peachford is a CRISIS STABILIZATION hospital not a one on one therapy facility!! I was there for 3 weeks for suicidal ideation and when I finally left I'd never felt better!! Wonderful staff, the foods okay but it's a hospital what do you expect, and if you actually try it could be very beneficial
I called the main line to ask to give a message for my husband who was recently admitted, and the only answer I could get was "Sorry, I could not find his name", which she did not even care to ask for a name. This went on for awhile. It seemed like I was interrupting her. So, I am revising my review from a 1 to a 3 because my husband said the food was good and that people inside are nice. I did notice that after I made a phone call to the main office that the receptionists were far more helpful and personable.
I have been a repeat at Peachford and I can tell you all about it. They are not terrible but you have to have the right Dr. My recommendations would be : Dr Aleem, Dr Mehdi, Dr Dutta, Dr Hutto If u are having severe drug problems or psychiatric issues. If you are just depressed. Either Dr Ahmad, Dr Ummhed, Dr Katragadda or Dr Vaughn. It is safe. The food is okay and they make sure you are not dying. Most of your care will come from peers.
Look mental hospitals aren't supposed to be fun or fancy one of the nurces did not like me at all. But other then that. It was a better then the other ones
I don't understand all the low reviews. Several months ago I was transferred here after becoming suicidal. All the staff was top notch. Techs were all the most down to earth realist people you could met. All seemed to truly care. Everyone was treated with respect and great food.
